Nottingham East Midlands location guide
Nottingham East Midlands Airport is conveniently situated for the city of Nottingham and all the attractions of that vibrant city with reputation for the prettiest girls in England. It is not just Nottingham though that can boast easy access to the Airport, Derby and Leicester also enjoy the same easy access via the Motorway network.
The beautiful Peak District National Park is within an easy drive from East Midlands, as are the many other local attractions, including Robin Hood's famous Sherwood Forest. Slightly further away is Alton Towers, Britain's largest theme park.
Even closer to the airport is Donington Park, a major international Grand Prix Circuit and home to the Donington Grand Prix Collection, the largest collection of Grand Prix cars in the World.
Each of these centres can offer the visitor interesting attractions, but for the departing visitor or holidaymaker the ease of access to East Midlands Airport will probably rank as its greatest attraction.
