By Road
The airport is situated two miles from Junction 24 and one mile from Junction 23a of the M1. The airport is in between Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough and Leicester.
By Rail
The nearest train stations are in Loughborough, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and Long Eaton. An Air-Line shuttle bus service runs every day to and from the airport and Long Eaton and Loughborough train stations.
By Taxi
Taxis operated by Checker Cars are available from the Taxi Office, outside the Arrivals Area, 24 hours a day.

By Bus
Barton buses number 123 runs between Derby, Loughborough, Leicester and the airport. Nottingham City transport runs a number 5 bus to the airport from Nottingham. Air-Line shuttle bus runs between Loughborough and the airport.
