Edinburgh Airport guide
Opened in 1977, Edinburgh Airport is located just to the west of Scotland's capital city and is within easy access to the country's main road network, reaching the whole of central Scotland and beyond.
In addition to frequent public transport connections to the city centre, there is a dedicated taxi service.
The coach park facility, with covered passenger walkways, is located at the east end of the terminal building. This off-road facility has been designed to accept pre-arranged and ad-hoc coach and bus operations for the setting down and picking up of passengers only. A coach and bus parking area is provided towards the long stay car park.
